Pros

Exciting products, good work/life balance.

Cons

Compensation is not very impressive. During my time there the company cut several benefits and outsourced a lot of the lower level jobs, leaving everyone else to pick up the work instead of replace them. Very top-heavy company (the VP to basic worker is nearly 1:2) which is a problem considering their

Pros

Impressive assets and history of leadership in sports & entertainment marketing and management. Hugely respected brand, will provide me with credibility and gravitas for my next stop. Smart people, with lots of experience and contacts

Cons

They are still going through a business transformation form the old IMG of the McCormack era to the vision held by Ted Forstmann. As a result there are some bumpy times and constantly revolving senior leadership. The many businesses (fashion, media, sports, talent, etc) are very independent & isolated, so clients don't always get the larger benefits of working with IMG.
