If you get linked up with that right division you will find people willing to mentor who are still cut from the cloth that Mark McCormack used to design the original IMG. Diverse portfolio allows for expansive growth of your entertainment industry knowledge bank. If you pay heed to senior leaders, they’ll take care of you in some shape or form. Trust the process.

Cons

Hard to get noticed if you’re not an extrovert and/or loudmouth. Shifting company mission statement / identity. Tough to advance salary / compensation.
