Working at Impak Corporation, the pros outweigh the cons. There is room for growth, given you are ready and eager to learn. This ensures you have tasks to complete throughout the day. Everyone is friendly and approachable, including management! Impak provides you with the resources to learn and successfully perform new tasks you are assigned. Being honest and open to constructive criticism is very helpful to improve all the way around. Overall we have stability and a great environment thanks to a caring and committed owner. Even through difficult times, Impak thrives and takes care of their employees. Everyone feels united, not just during our lunches and potlucks together!

This is the most stable job I’ve ever had. It has a solid customer base and there is always demand for our products. Our departments have clear roles and streamlined processes. The office environment is easygoing. It is very unlikely to get fired; you would have to do something extremely egregious. Even if you make mistakes, if you learn from them and correct them, you will keep your job.
