Great Opportunity to Earn Six Figures Plus
Pros
I came onboard with little industry knowledge but with a desire to learn. The CEO took me under his wing and was willing to spend the time to bring me up to speed and show me the ropes of the flexible packaging business. I was given an amazing opportunity to earn much more than my base salary after just 6 months. The company provided me with all the resources to support my growth and I will always be grateful to them. Unfortunately, my family and I decided to relocate to her native country. I brought with me the experience and knowledge that I acquired while at Impak and I'm able to not only support my family, but to enjoy a very comfortable lifestyle. I would recommend this company to anyone with the drive and motivation to grow and become successful. Opportunities are what you make of them. There are those who take advantage of them and those who will make excuses without holding themselves accountable.
Cons
No health insurance. It wasn't that important to me because these days one can buy their own plan through the open marketplace but it would've been nice to have the option.
