      Management is very supportive of your ideas and suggestions and they have flexible schedule. The company offers good benefits, and also provide additional training to continue learning new skills. You get to work with some great people from all over the world.

      There is a lot of work, and long hours of work is required to meet the project deadlines.

      The project managers were very good about engaging with the contractors they managed. Communication was encouraged.

      Cons

      Once a new employee began working at the client site, there was very little involvement with the company outside of the staff for the client site.
