The INEOS graduate program is 5-year career accelerator program where you rotate between 3 real jobs in the first 5 years. Given the dynamic and lean company structure, the program provides a lot of opportunities to develop with high visibility on performance.

Cons

Job responsibilities and expectations are not well-defined and it's up to you to you to rise to the challenges, meaning it's also an opportunity. Because of the lean structure it's quite an individualistic culture.
