Pros

Good pay and bonus. Benefits are ok. FMLA is violated as I was told and they don't want anyone to be on any paid leave.

Cons

Very old practices, micromanaging all the time, every work job is random Safety is in the ground, the culture is very tough and always hear "this is how we do it here" Unfortunately most managers are inexperienced only few know how to manage Currently this site runs with a cowboy Lindsey

The company is very easy going, positive attitudes from corporate, good mix of co-workers.

Pros

Good pay with strong bonuses, good people , co-workers are young and energetic. Company is currently expanding and performing well.

Cons

Promotions appear to be based on company needs or time in service, not work output. A great deal or supervisory oversight at my location, possibly a byproduct of the younger staff I work with.
