Pros
Oil and gas as a topic is always very exciting. The job itself was exciting.
Cons
Very little investment in the Danish sector. The organization has a lot of managers. There has been 7-8 reorganization rounds since the merger in 2017, and the top management has changes 3-4 times since then as well.
