Work from home hybrid schedule. Good compensation. Annual bonus for all employees.

Cons

Favorites are promoted. Based on personality not necessarily work performance. CSA workload is very demanding.

Company culture at Ineos Denmark is very old school and company policies are out of date compared to DK job market. This is not a place for young people
