Total lack of bureaucracy and hierarchical blocks to your work. The company is a complete meritocracy that encourages people to take the initiative and get things done. If you are capable, and can show that, you're really able to make your job into what ever you want it to be and through this move positions within the organisation easily. The company also has a very defined culture especially in the upper ranks of work hard play hard that mostly manifests itself in sports or competitive activities.
Cons
The slimmed down structure of the company although can be on of its biggest benefits is also one of its biggest issues, sometimes there is simply not enough people for the work needing done. Large work volume that can spill into out of work hours.
