Pros

I worked for INEOS for 5 years and have to say that overall it was a great place to work. I found the Managers to be supportive and the culture to be one dedicated to environmental, health, safety, and success. The pay is good and the bonus structure is great.

Cons

The pay increases and raises are not where they need to be, compared to other companies in the petrochemical industry.

New innovative technology that will be good for the environment.

Cons

Due to the location and lower than average wages for the industry there is a lack of experienced operators to run the plant. The management team only seem interested in being involved Monday through Friday during normal hours, beyond these there is a general lack of support. Training.... There is little to none. Favoritism abounds. Promises are not kept. Management tells you what you want to hear, but rarely follows through.
