responsibilities and openess to a job, good salary and nice people as all come from large players. there is a lot of cooperation between the people due to the model of operation. employee have a big saying and lmanagement is close to floor
Cons
hard work cost focussed with no focuss on innovation or r&d. all different groups are working independently and no synergies between the different factories
