      Choice of salary vs hourly and pure pay vs W2

      Cons

      I don't want hand-holding, but if it weren't for paychecks, I hardly ever hear from them. Benefits depend on hefty employee contributions. They might get more professional-feeling now that they're a part of MSR Technologies

      Pros

      Getting noir professional as they grow. Benefits are at your option, but....

      Cons

      You pay for PTO, insurance - any benefits - with pay rate reductions (for medical, there's also a separate per-check rate deduction!), and no 401k with or without matching. Christmas bonus is...a gift basket.
