Business Outlook
Pros
-Adequate to good compensation w/ a straight forward commission structure -The marketing team is driven and works hard to provide tangible results -Sales to client success is often 100% seamless, depending on the client -Leadership actually leads and is transparent in many of the larger decisions facing our growing company -Optional sales enablement tooling, i.e. video messaging, LinkedIn tools, email sequencing, etc -No one asked me to write this review (for once in my career)
Cons
For sales, much of the "low hanging fruit" has been claimed. Requires 100% prospecting to build out your own book of business. Not fit for a lazy account manager.
