Pros

Friendly/ diverse group of people. Above-average office space. Snacks.

Cons

Lack of procedure. No proper formalized training. Little investment into critical departments. Over promising from superiors. Disinterested CEO. Lack of company culture. Disorganized communication between departments. 9 - 6 pm workday (seriously?), Monthly pay (SERIOUSLY?) Basically this company needs to self evaluate and to address certain aspects that are killing growth. On multiple occasions, I addressed several holes within the companies processes and received the same scripted response from superiors. Considering that a company of this size should be able to make decisions rather quickly because of their overall lack of pyramid structure - I was amazed that things moved slower than some massive 10,000+ companies. Don't recommend it. Get in, get your experience if necessary, and get out.

Leader in the Space

Pros

I was one of the first few salespeople at INFUSE, and I can definitively tell you that he has created one of the leading media organizations for enterprise tech marketers to utilize for demand gen campaigns. In a few short years this company has risen to the top ranks in the space. The CEO is a fantastic mentor and is deeply intertwined with the sales organization on a daily basis. Not many companies at this level have this type of access to the head of the institution. He invests an incredible amount into the personal development of each sales rep, and you will have the opportunity to travel the country for trade shows and face-to-face meetings. You have the pleasure of working remotely, and there is a tremendous amount of resources invested in sales enablement.

Cons

None to think of. It's a smaller organization in terms of head count than other comparable companies, but that can be considered a positive.

Very nice office and great people around. Good job growing the company fast!

Cons

Like any other company, INFUSE has small flaws. Nothing critical for me.
