Pros

Compensation Coworkers Ability to make your own mark

Cons

Benefits are expensive Promotions are not always equitable Leaders hide when there are negative messages to communicate Not enough support for development Managers are not prepared or armed with any organizational rules or policies, everything is maleable according to what each leader wants and that causes conflict and inequity in the employee experience
