      Pros

      They are always correct, the compensation is very good for the sector. The work /life balance is good, the team is very strong. The business principles of the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes it looks like the processes and changes in the company are very slow. The career development opportunities are not so good, due to a very good existing team.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is relatively stress-free, and for the most part I haven't felt like I've been micro-managed. Also, hard work is recognized.

      Cons

      While hard work and effort are recognized, the company is going through a serious cost-cutting initiative, and promotions and pay raises are hard to come by; the salary starts relatively low, so this is a disappointment.
