      Place to work if you don't want a fast paced work-style

      Pros

      Working at ING provided good learning opportunities. The company's international and global presence gives the advantage for those seeking for exposure to working and cultures abroad.

      Cons

      Things move quite slowly at ING. This is sometimes due to the work culture, or decisions require several layers of approval before they can get executed. Many people feel comfortable doing what they always do, making some processes redundant but still remaining as "that's how its always been".

      Pros

      Some of the people there are great to work with - care about the outcomes they produce and care about making it a better place to work.

      Cons

      Management is not consistent and they promote bad behavior. Management does not respect eachother and will say one thing and do another. Significant change will occur as a result of the settlement with the EU
