Pros

The company promotes employee welfare. Very competitive salary and benefit package. For example, we receive a quarterly allowance for medicine without any catch. It just gets loaded to our Mercury Suki Card and we can consume it to buy prescription, OTC or even just multivitamins.

Cons

Your position would most likely be global. So if you're not exposed to different cultures, it may come as a shock to be dealing with people from different backgrounds. Even entry level employees are exposed to this level.
