Pros

large organisation with plenty of choice/opportunity, good pay, good work life balance (mostly), not very hierarchical, senior management very approachable

Cons

no performance based rewards/benefits, low performance is tolerated usually which can be very frustrating for a high performer

A lot of benefits and a safe environment to work.

Cons

A lot of re-organizations and most of the benefits are not on the base salary which makes your base salary very low.
