Pros

Co-workers in Altrincham office are a very friendly group, good atmosphere and occasional free lunches. Lot's of very talented clever people working there.

Cons

UK management are excellent however certain non-UK managers (one in particular, Isreal based) are awful, Bully staff and expect too much from a short time frame. US management (Head Office) do not seem to have much considerartion for the UK at all ( we were bascially a cheap Off-Shore Development team).

Pros

You get to work on various applications and solve very interesting problems

Cons

Some of the deadlines are a tad unreasonable and you'll find yourself feeling burnout as a result of a moving finish line of which you are constantly working under duress
