Great team, great culture, flexible work schedule, great leadership

Cons

Better PTO plans - combining sick time and vacation time into one "PTO" bank would be ideal. They also took away two sick days so instead of 5 annual sick days, employees only have 3.

They paid well, but no vacation or holiday pay.

Cons

I have not heard from anyone in months. I have always had very little communication, and it was difficult to get insurance and 401 k set up. It literally looks months for the 401k set up, all time I lost that money. When I talked to advisor he told me it’s common place and complained about the company.
