Pros

Some of the producers that work there, are great.

Cons

Where do I begin- poor leadership, horrible culture, everyone points fingers at each other, no teamwork, most (some are okay) of the leadership are arrogant and do not know what they are doing, the CEO doesn’t care about his staff which you see by how he treats people. The culture used to be great but since the new CEO and team have come on board, it’s become toxic and not a good place to work. I’m not a disgruntled employee that was let go, I quit and I hope this review will keep someone trying to leave a horrible culture to come to another that’s most likely worse. The grass is not greener there, it’s dirt.

Pros

When the company was TEKPartners, it was an awesome family friendly organization! Fun, Caring, Challenging, Rewarding!

Cons

Lack of leadership from top to bottom. Company has turned into a circus over the last two years as a private equity continues to acquire more companies and turned it into a chop shop. Commission structure keeps changing multiple times a year like a moving target. Insurance benefits almost doubled in cost. Leadership has turned into a bunch puppets run by the private equity. Company keeps changing direction multiple times a year. The organization is being positioned to be solid soon, so they are doing everything to maximize value. They do not care about employees, customers, culture, business ethics and future. It’s all about, where else can we cut cost, starting with: benefits, employee PTO, commissions, salaries, presidents club, education, the list goes on and on…

Pros

It was a great company when it was TekPartners, the incentive trips were really cool and unique, the culture was great, you could make really good money as an agency recruiter as they had the best commission plan I'd ever seen. There were culture issues sometimes when turnover occurred, but overall I enjoyed working there and felt there was multiple career paths.

Cons

Once the company sold and merged it was never the same. The PE firm that bought them is only concerned with EBITDA and would eliminate anyone who voiced concerns over morale, lawful hiring practices or any sort of opposition really. Once they removed the two CEO's from the merged company's, they brought in Trent. Under his leadership, all but one female executive was laid off and replaced by a man that he had worked with at his previous company. Multiple colleagues of mine had reached out to senior leadership to ask if their jobs were in question after seeing change after change with little to no warning or explanations and were told not to worry, not long after they were the next round of eliminations. Eventually it was me as well, and many more afterwards.
