      Pros

      At INSPYR, I get to work with great people, both internally and externally, on a daily basis. The industry we are in is not one for the faint at heart, so it is refreshing to work in an office with hardworking and dedicated people.

      Cons

      Every organization has room for growth, but I have confidence that the leadership team that is in place today vs past leaders here, are the right folks to help INSPYR continue to grow and thrive.

      They tried to create a laid back office environment Not micromanagers

      Cons

      Advertised the job as hybrid (only got to work 1 day/week at home, which we had to fight for) Poor pay Little to no help from management
