It was a great opportunity to get into assessment preparation for Process and Capability assessments in the autonomous automotive industry. I worked with a great team. Everyone pulled together to make progress between assessments.

Cons

We were trying to add work cycles to overloaded teams. We had to make it very efficient and exciting.
