Lack of leadership from VP. Was never really there in the office (arriving late, leaving early, gone a full day at once or maybe more a week). Higher management micromanages and it's all about #'s, if that's your thing. Big egos

Milwaukee is more like an outet office and the product (IT Staffing) is a difficult market in the city. Much of the focus of recruiters go to the large established accounts so it is difficult to build up a new book of business. Also, do not expect to walk in to any existing accounts. Everything must be built completely from the ground up using your personal connections and cold calling. It will likely take 2 years or more before any real money starts to come in. This may be different in some of the other locations. The base pay is very low so it is a painful process. Company was formed from a merger and has become very numbers driven. Must hit KPI's or you will be talked to.
