Pros

Good pay and pleasant team

Cons

Assigned tasks that were not in my job description and supported another’s work to the neglect of my own. These tasks were in medical billing and not in Data Architecture.

Pros

Office in Milwaukee is very friendly. A few times a year we have office outtings with food and drinks Casual but professional workplace

Cons

Milwaukee is more like an outet office and the product (IT Staffing) is a difficult market in the city. Much of the focus of recruiters go to the large established accounts so it is difficult to build up a new book of business. Also, do not expect to walk in to any existing accounts. Everything must be built completely from the ground up using your personal connections and cold calling. It will likely take 2 years or more before any real money starts to come in. This may be different in some of the other locations. The base pay is very low so it is a painful process. Company was formed from a merger and has become very numbers driven. Must hit KPI's or you will be talked to.

Pros

Office has a nice view of the highway

Cons

This company went from one of the best cultures to the most toxic place ever the second they became INSPYR. Recognition for your hard work, events/outings, break room refreshments, all became things in the past because INSPYR doesn’t want to spend a dime on the employees/culture. This place is filled with empty promises. Leadership will paint a pretty picture of your future with the company and your potential to make all your goals come true and then fire you the next day. Recruiters are treated as a number, expected to put in 60 hour work weeks to make minimum wage and meet unrealistic KPIs while the sales team doesn’t get held accountable for lack of reqs even now that the recruiters take on some of their responsibilities with the new business model. Over half of the recruiters have been laid off in the last 6 months but the sales team remains the same. Management overstep your boundaries time and time again.
