They offer excellent workflow training.

Cons

Lack of leadership and management, the expectation from account managers is not doable as long as they continue to have a skeleton crew to maintain all aspects of servicing. Listed to your account managers as they are the ones that carry the different departments, happy staff equal more production.

Pros

Growing company with a fantastic culture. Although we all know it is great, we were just named the best agency to work for in 2022 in the US. Colleagues support one another and are always willing to help out, mentor, and chip in anywhere they can. Good benefits, volunteer time off, PTO, and many other perks.

Not micromanaged, ability to do some things the way that works best for you, even though a large company they do try to do things that acknowledge everyone's contribution to the whole

Cons

Inconsistency throughout the different offices, some favoritism among employees, performance bonuses not guaranteed every year
