If you work hard and keep up with your workflow there is no micromanagement.

Cons

There were some old guard employees still there from prior ownership - there were no limits to what they could get away with - sexual harassment - racial slurs, etc. Concerns taken to management were ignored for years!!!!!! There were no limits to how many times an employee could get written up and retain their job. Had to work with another account manager who was on probation the majority of the time I was there - no other consequences give. Her lack of work ethic brought down the morale of the rest of the office.
