Pros
The pay is "ok" for some, but most people here are very dissatisfied with their salary
Cons
They look at everything you do with a microscope. They want results that come fast and cheap. If you cause any waves whatsoever, you will be fired. The CEO (and his brother the VP) want people who agree with them. If you don't like the way they do things, you are going to get fired eventually. There is no career growth here.... especially if you are "white" (non-Indian). When you have earned a promotion, they just hire another Indian person to do the job that you have earned.
