      management doesn't listen, pay is terrible for what you go through, and is short-staffed more often than not.

      Pros

      Great job for being in nursing school. Overall I love this job and the experience I am receiving. Communication is going pretty great. Working with school schedules is great since you pick your own schedule if you're in the float pool like I am.

      Cons

      I frequently get placed as a sitter instead of a tech. It can be nice when you've been super busy with school but it isn't fun when you're wanting hands on experience and it can be boring at times. It is such a minor flaw in the job though that I don't mind.
