Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are constantly working to invest in our employees through our medical, dental, vision, life, accident, disability, accident, and long term care insurance options, as well as tuition reimbursement, assistance opportunities, adoption assistance, employee wellness programs, and more. We do our best to provide a comprehensive plan package for our employees, but we apologize that we fell short of your expectations. If you would like to discuss your benefits and compensation package further, please contact hrrecruitment@integrisok.com.

Pros

The staff is absolutely wonderful and the teamwork is incredible. It eventually does feel a lot like a family, and workplace drama is often kept to a minimum. Everybody does their best and checks in on each other. When one person is struggling, there are often people available who are willing and occasionally eager to help. Benefits are good, pay is hovering around adequate, and hours are never scarce.

Cons

Leadership and management are often nit-picky and have high expectations for what can be accomplished under extreme circumstances. Understaff floors on a regular basis, counting on employees to pick up extra shifts in order to meet staffing needs. Rather than putting a great deal of effort and energy towards hiring help, time is spent critiquing performance of existing employees who are mostly overworked, usually on shifts so understaffed that the patient ratios would barely be considered safe (13:1 for techs is pretty common, there were many weeks with 8:1 for nurses. At time of writing it has come back down to roughly 6:1 most nights.) There's barely enough staff to fill the schedule on a good night, and patients are very needy.
