      Nice facility, good equipment, magnet status hospital.

      Cons

      Pay seems to be lower than other comparable hospitals. Per diem rate hasn’t changed in >15 yrs which is absurd. Raises are once a year and not even $1...

      Pros

      Professional, dedicated staff that has fun and goes above and beyond for the organization.

      Cons

      Being outsourced, no communication, derogatory comments from the CEO. Stay clear of here if you are looking for employment. Medical insurance sucks as it only works at an Integris facility. Which charges way more than other places for identical services.

      Great benefits, friendly team and environment, steady hours, flexible

      Somewhat low pay, minimal room to move up, a lot of strenuous work, you may see unsightly things in patient rooms
