      Pros

      Great benefits package and compensation.

      Cons

      Not flexible and time off is hard to get if you are out of ppl. Good place to work, but non paid leave would be nice. There are not many advancement opportunities within and it makes it hard for people that would like to expand their knowledge or experience personal growth. It would be nice if they offered compensation for classes a person takes to improve their job performance or medical knowledge.

      good insurace and other benefits, promote a healthy lifestyle, good commuication among departments, discounts in the gift shop and cafeteria, friendly atmosphere, bonuses

      pay is on the low end for some jobs, merit raises should be given after 3 or 6 months of employment for those workers who do a great job

      This is a great place if you like chaos and mental stress.

      Cons

      The CEO, CIO, CFO and others on that level are making devastating decisions to reorg the IT department by outsourcing to an India corporation. Approximately 40 people have left the organization due to the turmoil they have caused. This includes the previous CIO and 2 IT VPs. The IT employees are under unnecessary mental stress and fatigue. The board members need to engage themselves and talk to the staff regarding the work ethics of IT. The staff have many years of knowledge and dedication that is being destroyed. Definitely an unhealthy environment for anyone in the INTEGRIS IT Department.
