      Pros

      Great team culture, excellent work life balance, better flexibility and pay than anywhere I’ve ever worked before. I work in corporate, but know from personal experience that the care here is the best in the state.

      It’s a big place with a lot of internal processes that can be hard to work through.

      Pros

      Leadership at Integris Health Edmond is just amazing across the board, from the Supervisors, to Managers to Executive Leadership. It’s truly a hospital that cares about its caregivers and its patients!

      Cons

      The only downside is it is still a business and sometimes those decisions can impact the bedside caregiver vs upper executives.
