      The company has a well defined process of identifying strategic goals and how programs and projects align with those goals. Educational and training opportunities provided. Impressive benefits package.

      I have been with the company for over 15 years, in various roles, and believe the cons are similar to other healthcare organizations: quality vs cost & keeping up with technological changes.

      I am new to INTEGRIS, and have found every person I have met to be engaging, encouraging, and delightful. In fact, on my second day, the CEO popped his head into a meeting just to say hello and keep up the good work. What a great atmosphere to know we are all in this together.
