      There are some really, really great folks working there.

      Executive leadership appears disconnected, particularly the CEO, though this extends to the entire Executive Leadership Team. The CEO's actions suggest a lack of prior experience in this role, which may indeed be the case. Decisions often come across as ego-driven and random, seemingly based on advice from outside the organization rather than leveraging insights from within. Furthermore, the entire executive leadership team appears to operate in an ego-driven manner, resistant to critique and input. This misalignment results in challenges that directly impact patients and caregivers. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot in good conscience recommend this as a good place to work.

      I love the people and the doctor so work with and overall it’s a good work environment and everyone helps out.

      Cons

      The pay is extremely low and I don’t feel that we are compensated appropriately for the amount of work, hours, and emergency surgery call that we have to take.
