      Pros

      Free lunches, sign on bonus, great benefits and the work week is Monday - Friday days.

      Cons

      Starting to see the Corporate Office employees have a free gym which seems should be a benefit for the whole organization as a healthcare corporate. Mainly since our health and fitness keep each employee in their most optimal working mindset.

      PTO accrual, Benefits, Company mission and intended culture

      Cons

      Pay is usually less than competitors in the area. Attendance policy is not fair at all, no grace period for tardiness. Depends on your department how your work life goes. Nurses can be downright cruel to staff that are not nurses or doctors and their management does next to nothing about it. Of course patient's can be rude and nasty depending on the day they're having. New caregivers are not welcomed and no one has patience to take the time to train and mentor them properly. This causes short staffing and a high turnover rate, which makes it hard to take PTO.

      You can’t make less then 15 an hour, great health insurance, great company not so much the food department

      Cons

      Always short handed, poor management, Management doesn’t hold employees accountable, over work you, work load a lot for little pay
