      Pros

      The mission and values of the company can be seen in the care provided to the patients. You can see the desire to provide the highest level of care - physical and emotional at all times. The employees are the strength and backbone of the company.

      Cons

      It has been in constant flux for the last several years and that can foster a nervous feeling amongst employees. How safe is your job?
