      bad merit raises, HR is the worst, they can only seem to get your pay right about 60% of the time and they short you often.

      Health benefits were decent overall.

      Cons

      Office was severely understaffed but you were still expected to do job as it were fully staffed. Employee burnout was rampant due to the high demands that were placed.
