Cons

Poor interdepartmental support. Poor documentation and peer assistance.

Pros

Everything about working there was amazing, Thr culture and the people really made it enjoyable. On top of that, the actual work was enjoyable and I felt I was rewarded accordingly

Pros

I recently suffered a health issue and the company stood behind me. Anyone in any department that could help in my absence did so with care and concern, not a word of complaint. The culture of family and knowing that people come together to support one another (including support from upper management) is rare in the workplace today. I am very grateful.
