Pros

Good mentoring and collaborative environment. Interesting and challenging projects. Good place to apply technical knowledge and continue learning.

Cons

Can get stuck doing the same over and over again. Too many new hires but not enough work, can take a toll on meeting billable goals and stagnate technical growth. Unclear communication on company's overall direction from upper management.
