      Good pay and flexible hours

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, nepotism is widespread, zero accountability for employees and leadership alike. Area leads are undermined regularly, making it VERY difficult to hold people accountable. Government regulations are viewed as a suggestion to this company, be wary if you have any ethical standards in business.
