Pros

Pay and benefits were good. Great advancement opportunities if you're a part of the founders families.

Cons

Rampant nepotism and incompetence. No accountability for dead weight employees. Management constantly chasing work that there was no reasonable path to execute, but somehow pulling it off by not taking safety and reliability into account.

Toxic work environment, nepotism is widespread, zero accountability for employees and leadership alike. Area leads are undermined regularly, making it VERY difficult to hold people accountable. Government regulations are viewed as a suggestion to this company, be wary if you have any ethical standards in business.
