1.there is professional racism among different domains.. as few (of certain domains) happily look down upon other domain employs and treat as them daily wage labors
2.they churn out of mobs of freshers from there "incubation center" who were made legally bound to work for min. 3 years.
3.irrespective of market outside, they pay very less and fixed packages and give huge workload with absence of perks(dont serve food when worked on Sundays, no reimbursement of cab bills at late hours, not even for ladies and team outings as less as possible).
4.bachelor-engineers were explicitly told to not plan for marriages until atleast their bond period.
5.MTech graduates from reputed universities (Im one of them) are lured promising bright careers and after one year internship itself. 90% of them are fleeing by breaking their bonds.
6.one of such intern, when discontinued due to unfortunate disaster, was forcefully made to work as assistant faculty in their incubation center after joining back.
(if any of those who has been trying to argue here for this kind of honest reviews and try to mock this truth as lie, I'd reply with clean statistics of how many of each batch has left since last 4years. Do not try to patronize here.)
7.Senior employs, who still are dangling there, only make sure that they receive over-paid salaries as per outside market.
8.leads/managers insist the team to come to office on weekends and they wont show up.
9.apart from the work, engineers are never encouraged to gain relative domain knowledge, to attend conferences, etc
10.in last 1 year, 120+ employs quit from here and 60% of them were broke their bond.
11.tricky schemes were made in order to keep the in-bond engineers :
if they assure to not leave the company after the first hike and increase their legal bond amount from 3lakhs to 5lakhs then there are given 1.5lakh of bonus along with the fixed-hike!! (and those who underwent to this are regretting this now bigtime)
12. engineers are molded to certain kind of inter-domain work, for which in MNCs there will be separate domains, and make them think its their luck to get such kind of work. one of Alma matter is stuck here like this now.
and the list goes on.
