Pros

The people work here and living in hell are same.

Cons

Invecas is worst company to work in vlsi industry. No training ,support and huge expectations. Team leads and managers are not professional.They show their angry and ego feelings on employees.Company itself treats employees are their servants.

1. has good opportunities to learn on new technologies 2. management will always support the good performers and encourages them to reach to higher goals 3.HR teams started working very hard to improve their policies

Cons

did not see any cons, only poor performers who are not recognized will have the cons, and they will always have where ever they go

Pros

INVECAS has excellent work culture. I got to utilize not only my existing skills but also got to acquire many new ones which are the true gain in my sense. INVECAS is one of the fastest growing companies in semiconductor domain, hence definitely a workplace to enjoy.

Cons

I don't find any. Every company has their own style of management and we should not compare one with another.
