Pros
Absolutely none. The only perks (free coffee and parking, benefits, retirement) can be had at almost any employer. There are good people who work here, but the smart and motivated ones should resign and move on to better opportunities.
Cons
Too many to list! IOGEAR is the premiere landing spot if you're seeking high pressure, low wages, mismanagement, lack of leadership, minimal job security (unless you're "family"), and a company trending in the wrong direction. This place is an HR nightmare and is micromanaged too closely by its parent company in Taiwan. Overall rating: 👎👎
