Interesting place to work with little to no support

Pros

You can do some innovative things and work independently. Benefits are amazing if you are a graded staff member (i.e., not a consultant or ungraded).

Cons

There is zero support to carry out your work. Worse yet, at country and regional levels, there is no organizational strategy or common goals amongst staff and existing projects. Can be a very demoralizing place.
