      Pros

      Paycheck, nice office. Some nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Worst career experience of my life. Company is privately owned with no guardrails. PE chop shop that acquires successful companies and runs them into the ground. Most people that work there suffer from Stockholm syndrome.

      None. Unless you count trauma bonding with your coworkers.

      This company can't even pay their own bills. And there isn't enough time to go over all their cons. Here are a few: I work on a team of 3 people now, we used to be 21 I work 10-12 hour days and haven't had a raise in 3 years I am grossly underpaid for my role and experience The Owner doesn't care about morale or his employees
