      Pros

      The atmosphere at IPC is fairly upbeat. The CEO, Neil Barua, has alot of energy. In the past year the vacation policy was revised so that employees has a few extra days of vacation than under the former vacation policy. There have been a few impromptu employee happy hours sponsored by the company! Not a stuffy old school place!

      Cons

      I've seen poor performers kept on when they should have been let go. Communication between departments is limited. People need to communicate more effectively and more often to improve work processes

      Pros

      Nice friendly people. IPC pays better than its direct competition but less than other companies supporting financial services market.

      Cons

      Lacking strong leadership. Relatively new top tier team who are still settling. Company makes good profit so appetite to change is not great but market demands changing and are aware things could be done differently. Office space drab. Company's centre of gravity is NJ.

      Pros

      Well-known brand in the financial markets industry. Finally improved the vacation policy

      Cons

      Not many local offices so the commute is long. Process is not followed, pretty much whatever Sales wants Sales gets and you have to figure out a way to support it.
